- As noted earlier, Evan Bourne will not be back in time for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. WWE officials are not expecting Bourne back until WrestleMania 29 at the earliest, but likely right after WrestleMania.




- As noted before, Big Show vs. Alberto Del Rio was booked at the recent SmackDown tapings, to air on this Friday’s show, but never took place. Apparently this was a last minute decision because there was a yellow Camaro parked near the Titantron all night, presumably for Del Rio to make his entrance with. We have noted how WWE officials have went back and forth on Del Rio’s recent face turn.




- Brock Lesnar is expected to return to WWE TV for multiple appearances likely beginning in late February.





- WWE has the big RAW 20th Anniversary show on January 14th where they will be bringing several old names back. They may bring back some names we don’t see too often since some just appeared on the recent Slammys episode. Being in Texas, appearances by The Undertaker, Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels are likely. It’s also expected WWE will make the first Hall of Fame announcement that night.

For what it’s worth regarding the January 7th episode, it’s said that when the show is over, “people will be talking.”

Working on a few for 2013.

I have been reading a few of you guys' predictions. Some are good, but i just don't see you guys taking alot of chances.


I will post mine in a hour or so.
 
- Typically, WWE releases several talents following WrestleMania each year, in a move commonly referred to as "spring cleaning." This year might be different, however, as F4WOnline.com is reporting that with all the new programming WWE has added to its TV line-up, fewer talents, if any, might be released following WrestleMania 29.

Random Info: Have never stopped watching/keeping up with wrestling since 93, but I wish I could erase the majority of 2004-2007 from my memory. 95 may have been the worst year in wrestling (at least for the WWE), but i only remember the very few highlights from then. But 04-07 are burned in my memory, and for me featured some of the worst matches/feuds/story-lines I've seen.
 
Peep you aren't lying about 95 being the worst year ever! I was watching the 95 Royal Rumble the other day and my god some of the names that were in there were awful. Jacob and Eli Blu, Jimmy Del Ray, Timothy Well, Steven Dunn, Mantaur....I could go all day haha.

Gotta kick off '13 with Gangster Squad.


My 2013 Predictions:

- TNA ownership changes hands as early as september.

- Ambrose & Bryan win the WWE/WHC by summer slam.

- Big Show, Kane retire.

- Cesaro & Reigns MITB winners.

- Cena loses interest in wrestling, takes some time off.

- Bray Wyatt gets pushed immediately, gets in a feud with a top star.

- Rollins is the next Jeff Hardy (minus all that drug crap).

- Crimson/Magnus/Roode or all 3 head to the WWE.

- Vince's final project is signed to a deal. This is his last project before handing the company to HHH & Steph by Survivor Series.

- Ultimate Warrior returns to WWE, possibly as a HOF inductee.

:{ When he said that, I could not grasp why he would mention the WWE part. Why not just Mike Knox? Trying to give a nobody credibility.

Could you imagine Michael Cole saying "Oh my God, King that's Crimson from Imapct Wrestling!" ? Hell no. They would give him a new name of course but they'd realize he ain't do nothing important in his time there.

What did Mike Knox really do in WWE? Be Kelly Kellys' over protective boyfriend? Bang John Morrisons' chick? NOTHIN!

And how about that Sting return? Not lighting effects? No special entrance? You couldn't lower my man from the rafters in the dark? He just walked in with a damn T Shirt and his bat. No music or anything.

Would WWE EVER advertise The Undertaker returning and simply have him walk to the ring during a brawl with no special effects or anything?

And major fail by Tenay for mentioning WWE.

When Christian came back to WWE from TNA, WWE would've said he was in Beirut before mentioning his TNA stint.
 
Why did Angle blade? He was fine when DVon was on the top rope but misses and Angle gets color? This storyline is so played out.

No pop for Sting as well. Sounds like the fan noises are piped in, even if its live.

Missed out on the very first ppv contest last year so I sat all of them out. Have barely watched at all since hurricane sandy but will tune in starting Monday for Rockys run. I dont think Ive watched one Shield match. Still have to make WM plans.
