I honestly couldn't tell whether it was taped or not. I thought all Impact stuff was live sense the summer, but I'm not sure. I only watched bits and pieces of it, but it seemed like the only legit crowd noise was during the Knockouts match, mostly for Brooke Adams (rightfully so ).

I haven't kept up with Impact enough, but it seems like that are draaaaaaagging this storyline to hell. Always noticed that about the WWE/TNA, the WWE abruptly ends stuff or just gives no conclusion to wrap things up, and TNA never knows when to end things. Weird

When he said that, I could not grasp why he would mention the WWE part. Why not just Mike Knox? Trying to give a nobody credibility.
Could you imagine Michael Cole saying "Oh my God, King that's Crimson from Imapct Wrestling!" ? Hell no. They would give him a new name of course but they'd realize he ain't do nothing important in his time there.
What did Mike Knox really do in WWE? Be Kelly Kellys' over protective boyfriend? Bang John Morrisons' chick? NOTHIN!
And how about that Sting return? Not lighting effects? No special entrance? You couldn't lower my man from the rafters in the dark? He just walked in with a damn T Shirt and his bat. No music or anything.
Would WWE EVER advertise The Undertaker returning and simply have him walk to the ring during a brawl with no special effects or anything?

Exactly what I was thinking. Mike Knox never did anything significant, and has been away from the WWE for what, 3-4 years? They could have easily just introduced him without saying that. It's not like he's fresh on casual fans' minds. And Sting may as well have been JTG the way he came out I flipped over and it was pretty much "Here's Sting". Then I flip back over again and Angle, Joe and Sting are anti-climatically pulling Knox's mask off. i didn't immediately notice that was him, but just by the build I figured it was Knox or Snitsky.
