I think Joe should be the next Universal champ..I still think Braun ain’t ready and the Roman experiment is failing..Even as a heel champion RR just makes people want to tune out..Fans don’t hate home like they would a normal heel, they’re just tired of him..Dude gets boos mostly these days and then it’s silence..At least people like Miz and KO can keep the heat on themselves and get a constant reaction from the crowd..

Just within the past week or so he was getting up in Perc Ankle's face,
telling him basically that he abstained from kicking his *** out of respeck.
They been putting the edge on Raines. His gimmick has been working better
lately. I just don't know how much of a performer he really is. The conviction
has started to emerge though.

Braun has earned that Universal Title more than Joe and is more popular right now.

Not being a 100% face and not being booked as a one are two different things. They still portray him like an underdog even though that’s not the case. Plus, it’s year 4 of this same booking. Meanwhile it was barely over a year before they realized Rocky Maivia needed a change and the rest is history.
