I can’t even get my friends IRL to give wrestling a chance....
I had a discussion ith a friend months ago about it.
He's a huge marvel fan.
He says he was uncomfortable with watching dudes in tight gear with scripted outcomes wnd how fake it was.
I told him that spider-man, black panther and others wear tight outcits and they're fake with these superpowers and everything.
He said that's different because it's hollywood

there's a certain cognitive dissonance there...some people just don't "get it," and don't really understand why they should.
