Red Hat guy is a WWE plant. Dude was at the house show I attended last night wearing the exact same outfit. He had stupid signs for every heel. I mean really childish stuff like he had a baby doll and had Del Rio's face on it. The sign behind the doll said "Del Rio is the ugliest baby ever" or something like that. Del Rio proceeds to rip the baby apart. I mean he even had signs for Alicia Fox (working as a heel this week) and Lana. He had another prop a heel ripped apart too.
