If anyone is worthy, Cody should be the next champ. Reigns has other plans which is his perogative. Cody is a wrestler through and through.

I agree, but that card was mid. He did his thing and Vince knows he's going to pay him back 10 fold. I know Vince isn't perfect, but he's not going to forget what Cody did for his brand.

True that. His stock went up with me. I'm about to cop a Cody shirt for sure.
He had every reason to skip that PPV, but he knew what it meant to show up if he could. I'm sure the locker room at WWE knows it too. Him and Rollins closed out that PPV with a great match.
Just saw the match again with the whole crowd standing. Hats off to Rollins too. They worked it perfectly. Crazy how Cody left AEW only to be LOVED by WWE again. Amazing.

Respectfully, he showed up when he didn't have to. That card was hot garbage without him and Rollins. He tore his pec, but it doesn't look like it was a complete tear. There's no way you can move your arm when it's completely torn.

The dude moved well after that injury. It looks bad but he wouldn't of have had the match he had if it was a complete tear.
