I was told Moxley "made" Yuta Wheeler months ago.
Do we still NOT view Yuta as a midcarder that is simply very technical?
I think we tend to overuse this idea of people "getting over."

Would you have considered him a midcarder before that storyline? I wouldn’t haveFellowchuckerMikey

He was approaching mid-card status at that point. He wasn't solidified in that role.
Now he is squarely in that midcard seat. He isn't a STAR by any stretch.
So when people make comments like these below, I am like hold your horses man.
Does anyone know if passing out from a submission hold was done before Austin vs Bret with the double turn?
Yeah the headlines are hyperbolic but the match was very good for his career in AEW and his overall name recognition these tweets while inaccurate are proof of that. You said it yourself it solidified him
wtf garcia won???Big win for Garcia….I wonder if this leads to Danielson being the odd man out in the combat club eventually or having to prove himself again
We need to wait 30 days to rate one of the best midcard segments they’ve ever done?We need to check back in 30 days for now to see if that is true.

No, we need to check back later to see if this segment actually got those people over. (Well did it get Hobbs over because the other two would have been fine without it)
Again, another overused phrase. "Got them over."
I'm willing to bet Hobbs will still be misused a month from now.
Starks and Hook were already on the upward trajectory.
It was a solid segment though.
Hobbs is a lost cause after losing twice to the denim goof.
