When someone is in NXT, they are in the gym training HARD for 3 days per week.
Once you hit the road, you don't have that luxury.
Look at Toni Storm. Bayley. All of them were in their peak fitness levels while in NXT.
That was one of the reasons why I used to tell @ITO that NXT was an artificial/incubation promotion.

I get it he has changed for sure but Adam Cole does not suck nor has he ever. He’s a cowardly faction leader just as he’s always been his character was never meant to intimidate you with his physicality nor is his offensive style built around it. I just find it funny that the whole internet turned on him in unison because he lost 10 pounds now his act is tired and he can’t go anymore lol

How were all the random tag matches? Missed the first hour and a half or so of the show.
Enjoyed the Zezaro match. LeSabre putting on some muscle was much needed.
4way dance was entertaining too until the end with whatever happened to Cole. He looked like the obvious weak link of the group the whole match though.
Ambrose match was meh, but that's to be expected.
