i agree...this is so comical these days. i dont eveb get mad anymore.
 
I for one am disgusted by all the racial backlash but take pride in knowing that the man WAS voted in by the majority. Also I don't see this as just amoment for black people, although I certainly see why it is ALSO that. THis is a great moment for Americans, those that wanted change, and a leader. I watchedthe acceptance speech with my 6 year old niece who is mixed (white dad, black mom) and in all honesty I shed a tear when she kept saying over and over, withvery honest amazement that Barack looked like her. I know growing up I lived in a nation that would one day have a black president, but I didn't think itwould happen in my lifetime. She was very proud, as am I.

I think the one thing that pisses people like this off the most is that they know its impossible to take that high away... Its ingrained in history now.
