Nope, too niche. It will pop at first, but unless there's some other hook like beer/sports bar/ club nights or some **** like that, it will die. Hipster nerds will lose interest quickly.

It would have to be in a big city, plus kids don't care about socializing and playing games any more so it'd be aimed towards young adults. You'd probably fair well serving drinks and alcohol too. I'd go to that place

There seems to be a large concentration on the arcade itself
Gotta think about alcohol/bar aspect also
liquor license will cost you some and then you need to stock up and have somewhat competitive prices if you set up in near a high bar population
high alcohol prices will keep people from drinking often or even from continually coming back which cuts your revenue
