^^^ I live in LA in an area where there are lots of Persian people and the majority of women do not wear hijabs. There are some absolutely gorgeous Persian womens.

It's basically the same everywhere in the middle east. It's mandatory to wear a head scarf for guys for passport and government photos , it doesn't mean they wear it everywhere.

Even girls in the middle east don't wear hijab but do for IDs and such. It's not a big deal really.
