Why do MOST NT'ers look down on General Release Kicks????

Like what others said before me, a hot shoe is a hot shoe regardless of its release. Personally, GR is the way to go. Plenty of stock for everyone who wants tobuy, and there's a good chance they go on sale later on so you can double up for cheap? You can't beat that.

People need to throw out that "I don't want everyone else rocking the same thing" attitude out the window because unless you wear nothing butbespoke clothing, no matter how exclusive something is, someone else out there will be rocking it. The irony is that most people who buy exclusive stuff feelthe same way, which increases the odds that another guy will be wearing the same thing as them.

The funny thing is that Nike is such a huge company and produces so many shoes that even their "Limited releases" are really not that limited...itsall a gimick to get people to beast over them. You cant really hate on their hustle because at the end of the day they are just like any other company out tosurvive and turn a profit. It is what it is. Most other shoe companys produce fewer pairs of their "regular releases" than nike produces of their"limited". It all depends on how you look at it.

Someone earlier in the post said that the "limited" releases are a relatively new thing, and I 100% agree with that. All these newly found"sneaker heads" (and I absolutely despise that moniker) need to realize that the general releases are what made Nike what they are today.
