Russ is better IMO (pre-injury). It's just that Rose has more free reign offensively. Russ is just as quick, handle, better defender, more range, just as good a finisher.

Same player essentially, imo. What Russy lacks in bball IQ he makes up for in durability. I'd take Russy.

I think Rose is the overall better PG, when healthy. He is an underrated passer, Just as quick and explosive as Russ. I think for right now he has the better B-ball IQ. Hopefully he can rebound from this injury.
