They're not continuing the Ultimate universe.Surprised they are continuing Ultimate universe with how thin the plot of that entire alt universe is.
The ultimate universe is already destroyed. Happened in Secret Wars #1 along with the 616 Marvel universe. It's already confirmed that Miles along with others are coming to the new MU.They just need to bring Miles into 616, and let Galatus eat that universe.

I read the interviews. He's gonna be somebody they face and then he won't actually be apart of the team but be an ally.No but he's technically about to be one when Ultimates #1 comes out in Oct or Nov this year.
He is going to be who they are going against for the first arc of Ultimates, not part of the team. That team is already pretty OP w/o him. I have read some speculation that he may join the team or be some sort of supporting character afterwards, but that's not confirmed.
Don't see how it's not an origin. I know not many know hers at all and it's pretty steeped in sci-fi alien stuff in the comics. Not confusing but not the most simple and streamlined. So what are some storylines they'll most likely go with for Captain Marvel?
I'm burnt out with the origins, but since it's an origin with the first film featuring a female lead, then I guess I'll deal with it. They should just Doc Strange and BP their way with it tho and have her already established.Don't see how it's not an origin. I figure they can have Mar-Vell in it, kill him off, use that Kree machine to give her powers, and have Magnitron (another Kree soldier, loyal to the Kree) be the villain. If they for some reason don't want the Kree to be the villains again they might go with Moonstone as her enemy possibly.
I think it'll be something like Carol the Air force Colonel discovers Kree aliens posing as humans (we saw how one passed for human in AoS), investigates/tries to stop invasion/world domination plot, gains super powers in attempt, figures out one is on her side, tries to stop the end of the world teaming up, alien dies, she defeats bad guys and saves the world. Whole thing happens in locations where it makes sense the Avengers don't show up maybe.
So like the 1st quarter of the movie has her in human female action mode then the rest basically has her as super powered chick crushing it against a suitable enemy force.
I'm not sure what Feige will aim to tap in to with it. We see Strange going the supernatural horror route, Cap is the spy action thriller, GotG is the light fun space opera but I'm not sure what CapMarvel and BP will tap in to specifically. I got an idea for Inhumans.
After 4 straight terrible films I would just stay away from it. I don't even think there is real merchandising money in FF.Hopefully marvel gets miles and mbj like Chris Evans.. That has worked out for everyone involved
So if marvel wants to buy the rights for f4 right now, how much of a pity offer do they have to make?
200 mill.. 300.. 350?
only member of the actual team that would have any value is Reed tbhI want them to get the rights, bury the team and just use the villains. Name drop the team but never show them. Say them have been missing after a failed test experiment.
Dr. Doom, Galactus, Silver Surfer and Kang need to be back in the MCU
hulkbuster fight >>> seeing Thing & Hulk go at itHaving them all under Marvel's hands would be beneficial. Just to have something like Johnny Storm pop up in a Spidey movie, or the Thing & Hulk go at it. Marvel needs all these characters back. It gives them more to do.
I thought that it was just speculation from before when all we had was the images and no comments. I've read two interviews, and kept trying to find where people saw/inferred him saying he definitely become an ally, but could never find it. Could you link me the one you read?I read the interviews. He's gonna be somebody they face and then he won't actually be apart of the team but be an ally.
That's why I said technically. It was joke first, actual info after.
