Whoa dere........John Hughes? Who the eff is that lol
Not as if we've really seen him in H.S. All we saw is Flash. If I am being honest, I really am not too excited with another teen Spidey anymore and making it more teen/comedy oriented just makes my expectations lower even if Marvel is assisting in it's creation. Will wait til I see something from them but I could already imagine the cringeworthy jokes on the teasers/trailers.
google is your friend.. dude has way too many classics for you to show any sort of disrespect..John Hughes? Who the eff is that lol
says more about you that you don't know who he is..
And what do we get from him being in HS from both movies. Basically nothing aside from Flash. There's more to it than that. But I get it I guess.Huh? ASM1 is set entirely in HS/during HS. First half of SM1 is of him in HS.

Yeah you doWe don't need anything else. Don't care about young spiderman.
“The reason we introduced him in Civil War is because we needed a third party. We needed fresh eyes who wasn’t embedded with the Avengers and who has a very different point of view than either [Iron Man] or [Captain America]. We said, ‘We need somebody like Black Panther… why don’t we just use Black Panther?’ That’s how it went in the development process.”
“It is a role that he is still in the beginning phases of taking on. It’s a mantle he is only beginning to take on because his father is older.”
http://screenrant.com/captain-america-civil-war-black-panther-avengers/“Today, pre-Civil War, post-Ultron I think he and his father are saying, ‘A bunch of vibranium just got out of here and wreaked a lot of havoc. Maybe we can’t stay behind these borders anymore, maybe we have to stick our heads out and make at least an attempt to be a part of the rest of the world right now, while at the same time protecting our people.’ That’s sort of where we meet him in Civil War.”
If they really want to connect it to the MCU, they could have Phil show up and be the principle like in that cartoon. Also, since he's a kid I'm interested in the angle in which he may go. Will he geek out over meeting IM or want to be mentored by cap?I liked the idea of Peter having a group of friends who all know he's Spidey and they all try to help him out (translation: they all put themselves in danger during the final fight and he has to save them)
It's basically going to be an adaptation of the Disney XD cartoon. I'm not jumping for joy but I'm more interested in them going this route as opposed to what Sony had planned.
Setting Spider-Man in the MCU relieves the pressure to make every fight seem like the faith of humanity rest in his hands lol.
I feel like SM2 was the perfect balance of destruction & plausability (train scene was a big set piece but it wasn't like he was destroying Times Square)

The Amazing Spider Man movies were kind of trash to be honest.
I watched them both in the movies and liked them, but then when I saw them a second time and really paid attention I noticed it was just lame joke after lame joke and the movies just weren't that good.
My girl Emma Stone dying made the audience do a collective "oooh..." sigh, and a lot of them actually expected her to survive that for some reason.
