WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - Agatha All Along new ep every Wednesday

JL looks likei didn’t “not like” the ending. I thought it was actually kinda nice. My main “problem”, if you even want to call it that, is the multitude of ways things could of stopped but didn’t for weak reasons IMO. The plot armor was strong

wut? :lol

Nah, b. He just made them "vanish"
Wiping ppl from existence is still a form of genocide.

You were specifically talking about characters portraying the pain when thay happened.

Thing is not all death is very painful.

They all expressed that uneasy extreme fear of knowing it was their time.

To me that shot y'all talking about wasn't even my favorite part of the trailer. Maybe it was cuz it didn't have all the Avengers in there.

Circle shot in A1>that shot

Can we all agree that freeze frame of the Avengers in "Age of Ultron" opening was by far the cheesiest shot of all time though??

Went to the hood spot to avoid the crowds. You get what you pay for I guess. I had a great view but c'mon fam...it's 2018, why are we still bringing babies to the movies and a 2.5 hour movie at that. A large family with a kid and a talkative special needs relative. They accounted for most of the noise. Luckily after about a half an hour, they got that baby tf up outta there or put it to sleep, I don't know but **** got quiet.

As for the movie, I enjoyed it, loved that we got a ton of Thanos in it. Loved that we finally got a truly worthy adversary who gave no *** and put in work.

Thought the Black Order was dope but they got washed a bit too easily. Ebony Maw was the **** when he showed up in NYC but they gave him that Bane-esque send off. Black Widow fighting off aliens, c'mon son?! Her and Hawkeye should have both caught that fade. And where was Legolas?

Did not like Hulk getting ****ed. I don't know if they're setting up a Hulk movie with him trying to get his mojo back but him being shook is not the Hulk way.

Guardians brought the lulz and the tears. I think my ***** about to level up. He losr his whole squad. Enough is enough.

I had a feeling BP would go (he dies in the Infinity Gauntlet comic arc too) but still felt like a bit of a gut punch especially coming off the BP hype train from earlier this year.

They took my ***** Spider-Man. Huge L for Queens, probably bigger than when DJ Envy came at The Brand. But if the comics are any indication, characters will come back. Dr. Strange is playing the long game, pause.

I was grinning from ear to ear at the end. Seeing the casuals visually upset by the ending was pleasing on some Despotic Nerd ****. That Finger Snap is legendary.

Loved the post credit scene but hated waiting an infinity for it. Makes me want to see the Captain Marvel now, smart move, Marvel.

Might see this again at AMC Lincoln Square with all the rich Whites who don't want to integrate their elementary schools

Haha. I'm going to watch at AMC Lincoln Square this thurs

I think you was the one who put me onto Lincoln Square. That screen better meet the hype lol

Yo my fiances family just ruined the God damn movie for me. I' deadass pissed. I'e been waiting for this **** since I was a ****ing kid. Yo. If it wasnt over the phone I would choke son.

Anybody that ruins a movie like this for someone else can eat a whole **** with sprinkles deadass.

God damnit

I already couldn' see it on my birthday ****ing around with her fam. Had the tickets and everything and they came in from out of town and wanted to come but as everyone knows **** is sold out.
So I had to settle for today at 7:30.
Now this.

I know nobody cares but I had to vent. On God, **** that *****. ****ing clown.
Only two things to do now; break off the engagement or kill them.

Yeah, I get why on a story-telling level they didn't go down that route (I remember you or someone else mentioning Thanos just straight up doesnt want ppl existing,, he doesn't wanna make people suffer necessarily)

But also from a cinematic standpoint,,, it would be kinda jarring if the Snap victims were all screaming and yelling in agony as they disintegrated

Pretty sure every kid would be traumatized for life

Fun isn't something one considers when balancing out the family of one's fiance, but this does put a smile on my face.

It was for the better of the universe each planet.
Do you like mosquitoes? What are their purpose? are they progressing life. Imagine life without them, better...
The planet would be better with out it. Other bugs could flourish make it better, people wouldn't die from one of the number one causes of death in the world.
Same theory

Can someone explain to me why Strange never turned back time when Starlord messed up the gauntlet coming off?
Strange saw the one way they win and apparently getting the gauntlet off Thanos hands doesn't work anyway.

I'm betting Nebula gets her hands on the gauntlet like the comics and brings Gamora back. I can't see Gunn doing GotG v3 without Gamora :smh:

Had a bunch of kids in my theater on Friday late morning. Mind you, school was NOT off for the day because 2 school buses picked kids up in my neighborhood that morning as they do every weekday morning. A lot of parents held their kids out on Friday for the movies. Ahhhh....America

I'm curious what Thanos power set is without the stones (in the movies). He had massive armies and the black order kneeling to him and they aren't exactly slouches

GotG is so dependent on that Peter and Gamora relationship...

If I had to pick an expendable member on that team it'd be Mantis.

I will say people who claim this movie can stand alone without watching any other movie is dead wrong
Yea...watching this movie without any knowledge of prior movies is impossible unless you're a comic book person who just happens to not have seen the movies.

Of course, I don't think such a person exists :lol

how powerful are the GOTG. isn't drax and gamora suppose to be much stronger than they are in the movies?

And I still dont understand your reason for not liking the ending

The ending was so anticlimactic for two reasons, Thanos doing the snap on the brink of death as a last resort and being going through the motions after he did it and of course, who the snap “killed”. There were characters that had yet to interact and are still somewhat unproven that would’ve made A4 more of a “what are they gonna do now?” type of situation. Instead the new characters with confirmed sequels are killed which we know will return and the characters that are left have saved the earth against insurmountable odds a few times. One of them even proclaimed that “we might not save the earth but you can be damn sure we’ll avenge it”. Like if Spider-Man, Black Panther, Rocket Raccoon, Mantis and Black Widow were the only ones left than we’d all be like “woah, how the hell are THOSE heroes gonna pull this off??” You still got OP King Thor and Hulk on your squad though with Captain Marvel on the way. What is there to fear in terms of if the heroes succeed or not in A4?

LISTEN.. WE ARE ALL IN THEATER CRYING OUR HEARTS OUT

Elizabeth Olsen portrayed the best emotion in the whole film imo. I mentioned earlier but still thinking about it the Spider-Man scene was so eye rolling not only because we know Spider-Man’s sequel is starting to film but we did the little kid scared to die angle already in Homecoming. Peter had already man’d up and committed to being a hero and then got dubbed an Avenger by Tony. Why regress his character like that?? Like he’s in space fighting Aliens now, how could they not keep him about that life?? That scene could’ve been WAY more emotional had Peter tried to be strong and embraced dying and mentioned something like signing up for this. And then if he said something like I don’t want to leave Aunt May alone or something like I can’t wait to see Uncle Ben again..... now THAT would’ve got me.

Haha yeah, I mean I don't hate it.

And at the end of the day, these are comic book movies. I definitely would have gone ape-sh*t if I was like 5 years old and that shot came up on the big screen

Yeah this movie didn’t cater to younger kids at all. Thought there would be more triumphant scenes that instilled hope but it seemed like those scenes only involved the Guardians in the beginning.

Oh yeah, Heimdall getting Hulk out of the paint makes perfect sense if you've paid attention to all of the movies.

He specifically uttered some words and said something to the effect of black magic. He used to summon the bifrost. We all should know Loki has been using black magic and all other means to go to Earth and other places since the first Thor movie and basically used one way in the Dark World.

Heimdall can see all type of ****. Not farfetched he's learned or figured out other means tonuse magic for something as simple as transport. Dude was weakened, beat and uses his last of his power to save Hulk. No over thinking needed.

I’m personally not doubting the fact that Heimdall can do it. Loki even mentioned something similar in Thor 1 after Thor returns from being banished and mentions something to the effect of “How much dark magic did the All-fathers have to use to get you here?” or something similar. My beef comes from the fact that why wouldn’t Heimdal use something like that for the destruction of Asgard?

Thanos only winding up with a minor scratch on his face.

Dude came off looking like a boss in BloodBorne.
