Civil War changed his soutlook on revenge.Tchalla high key mad forgiving.
Didn’t murk Zemo
Didn’t murk M’baku
Didn’t murk Klaue
Wanted to save Killmonger
He legit had character development.
He wad gonna kill his father's murderer. Hunted Bucky like he was gonna tear him a part. Then he realizes its Zemo but ince he gets wise to Zemo's plan and sees Tony basically acting like he was earlier trying to kill Bucky while scumbag Steve tries to stop him got him woke on the cycle of revenge so he decided not to continue it but not let him die either.
I just wonder if Zemo is in a Wakandan prison.
To me it was a good character arc cuz then you see the parallels with W'Kabi. W'Kabi is just like Tony finding out who his parents killers were and just like T'Challa after his dad dies but he's been simmering on it for over 20 years knowing who killed his parents.
I will say I didn't like his lack of explanation to W'Kabi for why they didn't get Klaw. He was too focused on keeping Ross a secret. He should've told him exactly what happened a d that he would be pursued.
The same parallel is there with T'Challa and Killmonger. Eric knows his dad is dead cuz of T'Challa's dad and when T'Challa discovers its why he's so mad and distraught knowing what his dad did cuz he knows how Eric feels given he just lost his dad a week ago.
The feels are all throughout this storyline.
He had no reason to kill M'Baku and that panned out in the end for him. Imagine he kills M'Baku, some new guys chosen as a leader and they find T'Challa's body.
