Dear Buyer
Okay. I instantly paid you double retail + shipping for that Supreme sweatshirt last Friday(1/10/14), and it still hasn’t left your automated warehouse. The only request that I had was that it be delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted in the eBay listing, which states “within 4 business days” of payment (Weds 1/15/14),so that I could be home to receive it. I never had the intention of canceling the order or asking for a refund. I just wanted the item to leave there with enough time to get to me before my work trip. But apparently you have no control over the shipping time of your items. Perhaps my request was unreasonable, but I would have made something like this happen for one of my clients. And, IMO, if you can instantly accept money from someone, you should have the power to instantly send it back to them if a problem should arise, especially if the item is still in your possession, which is the case here.
i won't get into the condescending tone of your reply to me last night through eBay, but you don't call me 'mikey,' thats reserved for friends. Thanks.
Thanks very much! That helps me out a great deal because now I will now be able to accept the package. I am looking forward to keeping the item for a long time!!
Dear Buyer
You purchased the item on friday. We do not operate on the weekends nor does Fedex allow shipments on the weekend. That being said your item is being shipped out today and will be there Wednesday. Keep in mind the ebay estimates are business days not actual days.
you'll have to read between the lines to see the reason that I was really upset. I do appreciate your assessment of the situation. Sometimes NT can be a support group, too.@mikeylab - im not sure why you are going at the vendor the way you are. your request should have been made BEFORE paying for the item to be honest and as a seller im sure you know that. Airing out an eBay issue on here doesn't make much sense especially when the seller has not defaulted on its terms.
i apologize for lashing out earlier.Good thing you don't run a business.
yes, but was the snarky comment necessary, especially when you can see that someone is upset? Emotion has equal value to logic.Maturity being shown.
this was on ebay, tho"Dont call me mikey"
But yet thats your sn.............
Im with bigj on this one.
but that is relative. yes i said relative because not everything is black and white, esp if there is a certain level of implied service beyond just the shipment of a product. I have thought long and hard on this one, and perhaps that's why I'm good at what i do. still, snarky comments are immature. When someone is ranting about a business practice where nothing is wrong, then yes.
haha- should have done my research. you got me there. And hve you not read any of this topic?
