Dear JM sneakers,

I have made an order through your website on 4th March

The payment was made through PayPal immediately after checkout.

Strangely I haven't received any shipping notice nor anything from you stating the current status of my order......

This is my first time buying from you, and I definitely hope it won't be the last time.....

So care to explain why this it happenening?

Exactly....

Funny that I got an email reply from them soon after my last post,

and according to their "Fraud Specialist" there seems to be some uncertainty regarding my PayPal payment,

even though I have no clue how such thing can happen considering I am a fully registered Paypal user.......

But anyway glad to see that at last there is some response!!

Really hoping to sort this out smoothly, no one loves paying money to get his/her mood spoiled.......  
 
another weird observation is that people don't have patience after placing an order. even nike doesn't always get items out the next day and can take a few days to process an order.

Just seems like a recurring process. A d i guess coincidence they get a response after they post here.

Yes we do ship internationally but we only accept paypal confirmed payments for international orders.

same thing is happening to me right now. they emailed me to reorder but i'm not going to since it says the payment went through. i emailed them back on Tuesday and no response about the situation

People only tend to get responses here after they complain in public.

Please email us your order confirmation and we will see what is going on. 

It usually is a billing issue with your credit card.
