I don't know about that. There's no way these phones will match the S6 or G4's camera quality. No removable battery either. Also I understand USB Type-C needs to be adopted at some point, but it's still a hindrance for most. For enthusiasts like us you may be right, but the average consumer probably won't care.

the nexus isn't meant for the average consumer. even some people in this thread have never seen a nexus 6.
I would almost buy a pixel. I need a tablet that runs full-featured professional programs. I think the surface/windows is the only one to do so.

Pixel is rumored to have 3GB of RAM, should be enough to run professional programs like Microsoft Office, but idk if it could handle more intense programs. I tried writing HTML on my 2GB tablet and it was a mess

was considering the g4 prior to the release of the new nexus phones. was browsing swappa and had 16 listings for tmo on friday. half of the listings sold on saturday and the remaining phones are back up to $400 or so save one mediocre listing at $360.
hopefully I'll see an influx of new phones after the announcement tomorrow.
still undecided about which phone to get but my nexus 4 is on it's last legs with random restarts and signal going in and out.

I'm still waiting on a strong business oriented tablet myself for coding on the go. Been looking at the Surface and Surface Pro but I know an Atom Processor won't get it done regardless of RAM and the price of the Surface Pro 3 makes me consider a Macbook
