Well my phone started charging again but I'm not even gonna risk keep it. Swapping it out with the replacement device I'm getting from T-Mobile. Gonna lose my Screen protector though
Why is it so hard to find a OEM cable by itself? Does it even matter? Am I good with third party cords?
did you try going the wireless route? got a qi charger for my nexus when the mini usb port was shaking loose with the cord. I just bought some cheap ones off ebay to put em around the house to charge whenever I put my phone down.
I did find a good usb charging cord from when I bought my backup nokia phone though but it's not the removable one.

This g4 is ok, but I'm gonna go back to my note 4. That phone just can't lose. G4 has touchscreen issues in the corner while using certain apps.

I actually was tinkering around and checked for updates through the phone and 5.1 came up. So i was able to get to that without the root. Idk if all providers have made it available but im on TMO. Looking forward to the battery being better. The S6 is a great phone thus far but the battery life really leaves alot to be desired. My old G3 could last me from about 5am to 8pm regularly with about 4 to 4.5hrs ost. The first 2 days the s6 struggles to last past 4pm with 3.5hrs ost.AKO I think only through root for now.
King I should have screenshotted but I was a little over 5hrs before I threw it on the charger with only a few percent left. It's gotten over 4 everyday since I've done it. It changes by what I do obviously. If I'm just browsing and texting it's coo..videos or streams it will go down quicker of course. I'm cool on 5.1.1 hopefully it stays this way
As long as I don't have to charge it mid day I'm satisfied.

note 4 is still a solid phone. no1 should be complaining about it. i think 5.1.1 touchwiz is rolling out soon.
im still on cyanogen.
im not gonna lie tho. i like the note 4 design. but the iphone 6 is a better designed phone. (i guess the s6 too since it has similar design cues).
google camera still is hit or miss with cyanogen, and i get WAY too many butt dials

Trying to hold out and not buy the nexus 6 and save monthly and then buy the next one in the fall. If their map is close to true I'm in the perfect spot for their service

Yea me too. With WiFi available pretty much everywhere I go, this is the perfect service for me. That tmobile $30 plan was great the last few yrs but the 100 mins limit was killing me after a while.
Can't wait for that Nexus 5 '15.

Google Fi seems like a good idea, but $10 a GB seems expensive to me. Maybe this $30 T-Mobile spoiled me but the same FI plan would cost me $60-70

For me it makes sense. Coming from Sprint spending 180-220/month to Fi at prob 120 max plus using sprint towers and tmo towers plus wherever that free WiFi is. Gotta figure out if buying that mammoth N6 is worth it.
Gonna call sprint and ask if I I'll be assessed with any fees for discontinuing my services
