9hrs and 30 minutes on EVO, while it using is moderately usage. Texting, playing music through headphones for 4-5hrs, surfing the net for like an hour. playing angry birds for 30minutes. left it idle for like 2-3hrs. This is all in intervals though just keep in mind.

Stock Batttery- 1500mah
Cyanogen ROM 6.0
CPU Set at stock 998mhz
Kernel- cm6-snapv7.5

I left the 3g for at least 6hrs, the brightness was at 45-50%. I didn't want to change the cpu you at all i wanted to see what the kernel can provide in terms of performance and batt stats. Its really good, best kernel if you looking for a low sipping cpu but still maintain performance and your using cm6 rom. Experience zero problems.

Yeah but that Rom doesn't have 4g right ?

yep no 4g. I really don't mind though cause i really like the rom, unless you know of a rom that has pure android 2.2 with 4g working, and doesn't have any HTC Sense services that run on start up and while on.

how do I backup everything to my PC?
I'm about to run a RUU, or will just a regular phone backup suffice?

there's too much going on in this thread.  i was considering finally buying an android tmobile phone this holidays but read through a few pages of this thread completely lost and confused.

Left me feeling like

Rooted Incredible users.

Apparently you can't re-root after you install the update with unrevoked for some reason. I'm just restoring back to how it was before I updated, and going to try to root again after.
Wish someone would of told me that before I used the RUU, I knew I would loose root but didn't know unrevoked3 wouldn't work

I see you with Myn's ROM

. Best ROM for me IMO. If you need advice on kernels hit me up. If you're running Myn's RLS3 stick with the stock kernel and flash the battery tweak.

I'd say go with Android. Most of this custom ROM, kernels, rooting, and launcher pro stuff is optional. Basically you can keep it stock or tweak it to your liking. Shows you how simple and effective Android can be, yet complex and personal you can make it.
