what app do u guys use to mirror ur phone on a NON SMART TV?

not sure of the exact name, but look for an mhl HDMI cable. it goes from USB to hdmi and should be around $10. also not sure if it works with all phones.

agreed. they take away from the qualities of the phone. the only time i use a case is when i'm going out drinking and know the probability of dropping my phone is high.

Just called Tmobile and switched to the new no contract plan. Saved $6 bucks a month and now have unlimited phone/text/data and no data slow down after 3GB. YES!!
$39.99 for 500 minutes, free night/weekends and unlimited text
PLUS
$32.99 unlimited data but caps and slows down @3GB

is this one of the prepaid plans?

what plan were you previously on? im currently on the value 1000min plan unl text and web on a 2yr contract and paying $20 a month for each phone which is 2 lines.... would i be able to change to these new plans?

If you are already on Value, you would be able to switch to the new plans with no migration fee. Your contract would still be in effect, just not extended beyond its current date.

The most recent Note 2 update for T-Mobile which started rolling out this past week is to activate the phones LTE since they started opening up LTE networks this week.

I used to. till I dropped (and broke) my phone twice.

I don't even use the case for protection. it's a minimal case and mostly just helps me grip the phone better. nude s3 is too slippery.


edit: looks like I need a new battery. dropped 25% in 15 minutes of use... OEM or aftermarket?

Its tru. Im down about 10 percent from what i was getting... I dunno man. I might be done with ota updates... usually jus problems at this point. N2 is straight out the box

LTE sucks battery up tho, that why Google went with HSPA ..

Just turn LTE off and your battery will be the same. No point of having LTE on when you're not in an LTE area because the phone is searching for LTE this using more battery.

Battery drain is even worse when you are in a LTE enabled area.

Im constantly switching between LTE, HSPA+, 3g, and Edge in my room....

if I leave data on i'm getting about 16hrs of battery life....

for those on stock OTA you can disable LTE in the settings...

same with aosp roms

My note2 is all stock, but I can't just disable the LTE because I actually get LTE service where I live...might have to live with it.

Im so sick of this Galaxy S3 sd card problem.... ive gone through 3 32gb sd cards already and they keep failing, not sure if the sd cards or the phone itself.

All my stuff is still on the sd card but when i go to play my music it says song cannot be played becuase format is not supported.

But when i go to astro file manager and choose the song from there it plays it just fine........

I took the sd card out and re inserted and now the music is not showing in my music player but again Astro shows it in the folder and plays it just fine.....

My note 2 battery life is horrendous now. Oh and yall ain't lying, Samsung made these phones od slick. I thought i was the only one that noticed. I usually keep my phones raw, but I may throw some protection on this bad boy.
