you'll be fine then. alot of my friends have switched over and they are all happy. the only ones who wont are the hipsters who are iphone sheep and just aren't even trying to hear anything else.

perfect example. the lebron commercial comes on with the s3 "man you know lebron has an iphone he doesn't have a samsung" whether he does or not i was just laughing at how serious they think the iphone is.

Can you imagine Lebrons hand on the iPhone?

You see how small the Note 2 looks in that commercial.....

[h3]HTC CEO gives brief glimpse of "M7" handset at company party in Taipei[/h3]
HTC CEO Peter Chou is super stoked about his new "M7" handset. In footage of the company's recent end-of-year party in Taipei broadcast by Taiwan's NextTV, Chou took to the stage to thank the M7 team for working overtime in recent weeks, before producing his very own white M7, which he used to snap a picture of the audience.

The relatively low video quality doesn't give us a great view of the device, but we can make out a central camera, LED flash, an HTC logo on the back, and a border of some kind along the top. On the whole, we'd say it looks more like the early in-software render  that appeared a few weeks back than more recent leaked images.

More evidence of the "M7" moniker (still a codename, we think) comes from amateur video captured at the same event, which shows Chou and his audience launching into thunderous (even slightly Ballmeresque) chants of "M7!" and "HTC!" Check it out after the break -- it certainly shows a side of Chou we don't normally see at the company's well-scripted media events.

We still don't see "M7" as a final marketing name for the phone -- remember, this was a private HTC gathering, not a public event. In any case, we'll learn more at HTC's press events in New York City and London  on Feb. 19.

i don't think retail on that phone is going to drop anytime soon. might as well find one on craigslist/ebay

I guess my friends and I aren't normal since we all use different os's and get along . We don't try to convince each other to get matching phones either cuz that would be weird.

I must say.....I owned an Iphone for the last 5 years and was one of the biggest Android haters on this board....BUT I have officially made the switch to the Nexus 4 16gb and will probably not look back!

With that said, somebody school me so that I can make this transition as smooth as possible. Most seamless way to transfer music/photos from itunes/iphoto? Must have apps and widgets? Just overall little intricacies and idiosyncrasies that Android users have.
