Vert shock

Never tried it but I've done boingvert and that **** had me jumping out the gym. Every time I play I get a rebound, block or dunk and dudes be like "damn..that ***** got HIGH" :lol.

I didn't even finish the whole program. The workouts they have you do aren't even that intense. What I like is that they really emphasize proper landing and not just jumping. You're gonna be jumping so high that if you don't work on landing/absorption it might cause problems. Lots of ankle and shin exercises come with it. Would recommend

Thanks I'll have to check it out

I'm also considering taking vert shock for a test ride and see what it's worth.

It's got a lot of good reviews http://www.basketballworkouttips.com/vert-shock-program-review-and-results/ and it seems like it doesn't require any special equipment or weights, which is a big plus for me.

My only concern is that it's not too hard on the knees considering it's very short (only 8 weeks) and there's not weight lifting involved.
