Under Armour?

Looks like it says Drive on the tongue though.  Can kind of make out the "IVE" part.

I was thinking they were the Torch 3(looks similar to previous 2) just named CFD 2 to make a sale

That can NOT be them. I'll check with UA and see if they can tell me or not yet.

Funny the listing mentions it's not for resale :lol UA gonna have a talk with the seller? 8o

I told nightwing to buy them so he can give a review lol.

I seriously hope that's not them and if they make a Drive 2 I hope it doesn't resemble anything that looks remotely like those samples.

They should just take what works on the Drive and address what doesn't.  Keep the upper and midsole, add some perfs for ventilation and modify the outsole slightly to get that biting traction.

Do you guys think the traction on these is better than the hyper rev 2015? Trying to decide which shoe to buy.

On what? Drives? Curry's? ANY UA? Yes, Drives and Curry's have slightly better traction than the Rev, but the Rev isn't bad at all.

Seller has a blue pair as well. Looks like ventilation has been improved. The clutchfit is between the mesh.

Did you feel the drives slow you down at all? You really liked the fit on the revs and they're low top, which I assume means they'll make you feel the fastest on your feet.

I'm not duke but here is my take

The high cut of the Drive mids does not 'slow me down' whatsoever.  This is coming from a guy prefers low tops.

The high ankle portion of the drives moves really well with your foot -- I find it working so well for a few reasons: the tongue design, the clutchfit material itself, the cuts that are made along the lacing portion that allow for that natural flex.  If the higher cut is your concern, that isn't going to give you trouble with the drives

Wonder if that is like the Torch 3 - a budget model with ClutchFit areas.

Confirmed. Drive 2.

LOTS of PE and Team (MD, ND...)colorways coming, both mid and low. Curry Two is definitely more appealing at this point.

Also chiming in with unsolicited advice haha.

Fit to me has a strong influence on that fast feeling.  The shoe has to fit very well to make movement efficient.  But low cut doesn't necessarily have that much impact imo.  I've played in many poor and well fitting lows that I felt very slow in:  Jordan XVIII low, Jordan XXI low, Jordan XII low, Adidas Gil 2, Adidas Rose 1.5 low, Lebron II Low, I could go on.

Feeling fast on the feet to me is all about traction, court feel, responsive cushioning and transition.  When a shoe nails it in all of those categories, I usually end up loving them for speed.  My favorite shoes in terms of going all out:  Kobe V, Adidas Supernatural Creator, Hyperdunk 2011 and CF Drive.  With the exception of the Kobe V traction at times, they all have great transition and responsiveness, and they were all relatively low to the ground.

I agree with iks and Deezy - the ankle is cut LOW in the back, which is typically where I feel restricted and slow. The flex notches before the collar let the shoe bend when jumping or running so you don't slow down. The collar is almost decoupled (separate) from the shoe, like the Jordan XX.

does ua have decent casual or runenrs?
i'm not into running shoes BUT you should check out Marshalls dept store. they have UA running shoes for $30 - $40.  i've seen a few different types there yesterday. the only thing i remember about them is one had the spine soles. hope this helps.....

If you haven't tried on the SpeedForm Apollo, I highly recommend them. Best running shoe I've ever worn running and casually. Wear them casually most days. And you can find them between $50-80 dollars now down from $99 retail.

Couldn't resist and copped the navy pair. Was tempted to get the Home too :lol but gotta keep the option of getting the Vasquez low if I can.

Same exact situation.  I picked up the Homes, already have the Aways.  Was tempted to go all out and double or triple up.  I don't feel bad for missing out on the Heritages now.  Also scooped up the black/gold lows recently.

If I don't get those Vasquez lows, I'll be looking for maybe one more pair.  Just played in my black SC PE today after a little break thanks to the JC2.  Forgot how damn good of a shoe it is.  My personal favorite in my rotation.
