Real talk, OP can make money off of this by video blogging on youtube the day to day life of being homeless and living in his car.

Write a book, then cash out when a movie studio comes calling to have the exlusive rights to make a movie about it.

I really did think about video blogging, but I dont want to put myself out there like that. But sometimes in the back of my head I wonder if it would bring positive awareness to my case. Im not a bad person at all. I just got caught up in a really messed up situation.

What exactly is OP's legal situation? I can get him a lawyer for free in the DC area

I have a really good lawyer actually. He works as a team with his associate. Fees are a ***** though

OP I know you dont want to be around homeless ppl but why sleep in your car when its this cold. Just look for a cold shelter.

I refuse to go to a shelter unless im left with no otheer choice. I stay in an area im used to. Where people know me and know my car. So If I park somewhere overnight they wouldnt think anythng of it. I feel safe here

Where do you park when you sleep?

I try not to park at the same place more than 2x/week

When my check comes in and your living arrangements haven't improved, I got you. I'm in FL and it's cold right now, so I can only imagine what it's like where you are. yes you can say im putting myself out there on NT. But putting it up on youtube is a different animal. Celebrity or attention is not what im looking for. Ive been on NT since 05 or 06 and NT has always been there to help fellow NTers out. So I felt safe putting this on NT

DC, the thread isnt about my case. Its about tips on surviving in my car etc. Ive avoided talking about the case and you know that.
