i love beer but ive always heard this weekend is a huge rip off. any thoughts?

Never been personally, but from what I've heard, they don't give you enough tickets/tokens, you always have to buy more.
Oh, and you got to buy tickets to the the event early, cause they usually sell out.

From what I remember (and yes, it was hazy), they give you 5 tokens and a cup. You will have buy more tokens to have truly experience the festival. Fortunately, I know a few people that worked for Molson/Coors, who provided us with free beer and tokens the last time I went.
Besides the beer, though, its a good time. They have cigar tents, quality food, and plenty of women actually attend, as well. I might try and make it up again this year.
EDIT: One word of advice: Always ask for the half pour!!! The difference between a half and a full pour is negligible.
