Well, for damn sure in Memphis and St Louis... in the eye of the people, streets, clubs, etc..
Gucci > TI
Gucci > TI

This.Really all the youngns are banging Keef for the most part. And the rest is just what ever song bangs. Like that trash French Montana.
The Barbershop went ape **** when that song came on a couple weeks ago.
Basically what we're looking at here is a timeline.
TI put "trap" on the map over a decade ago. Dude shouldn't even be just "hot" in the streets like that at this point in his career.
He's had massive singles, platinum albums, done flicks. And if he needs "street" stripes, had a hard time staying out of prison through all of that. But his career moved well beyond that a while ago.
Kind of like Jay. Though obviously not on the same level. There's cats around the way that keep an eye and an ear on that, but the young dudes are coming up on something else. But Jay's noise right now is a single with Justin Timberlake and an artsy video.
Gucci should be "hotter" in the street just on the strength of him being more recent. And his career never really moved past it.
And now you move on to Keef, French, Durk, Reese, Scooter etc.
How is what I'm saying backwards? ..
MORE PEOPLE PLAY GUCCI IN MY CITY AND MOST HOODS THAN T.I. RIGHT NOW , I AM PRETTY CERTAIN OF THIS
J.Cole went Gold and I don't hear NO talk about J.cole EVER in the streets .. only on the internet
That alone show me sales don't really mean ****.
**** even Jay-z showed you that when he got samsung to buy a million albums off the top.
T.I. whole aura is based on street ****** .. he lived/rap/rapped about street **** , so yea the opinion of the streets matter still
And if it didn't matter why even respond?
I don't think he gonna end T.I. career .. but I know I'm gonna be entertained by Gucci antics
Tip is the godfather of trap music plain nd simple but the youngins are coming up off of new cats
The first week of the tape or album I hear Gucci after that. I really don't here him at all.
I remember cranking Burrprint 2 for a whole summer. Now Gucci gets a week tops.
Same goes for T. I tho. So I don't understand the argument. Neither is really running anything right now. But Tip is in the better position.
This was
A dude in every hood with the name LaFlare is no fact.
And Gucci has a following in multiple demographics but TI doesn't? Gucci killing a guy means.........what?
Dudes are all over the place in here.
Gucci ain't Lil Flip. Gucci is immortalized in the hood. TI can't do or say anything to change that.at yall thinking TIP worried about Gucci when it comes to the street stuff. Dude is clearly a real dude but people want to act like just cause you're smart enough to expand your career beyond the streets then that mentality still isn't in you anymore. He's just gotten smarter about it...
Anyways, if Gucci does release a What Kind of King Pt 2 then prepare to see a part 2 of this...
I'd credit UGK and Three-6 for that
i know its hard for you to sleep know when you killed your homeboy/
you left his son to be a bastard
won't even raise your own boy
fan or not that **** was HARD.
hope to get something similar in response to this.

What can TI say about Gucci though?
Yall cats must not go to any type of functions or be out there's no way in hell ti has more of a street presence than gucci
@killmoves its crazy man lol we from 2 different cities and im sure we know/can find some lil ***** that calls himself laflare, flocka, montana, sosa lol those are staple nicknames amongst the younger generation..
Keep up weather they add la flare to their name or not there are dudes who to this day mimic gucci in every hood stamped
The blurred lines reference shows that ti has a huge fan base. No ones questioning his popularity keep up
N gucci killing a guy is jus that ti might hav more crossover success but he doesn't want to see guwop on sum gangsta s*** Fact
