I think Lizzo and her camp have an understanding of the profitability of social media (via views, followers, endorsements, etc...) and she does this to make bread from both her supporters and detractors.
Once she gets to the wrong side of her 30s she'll have a revelation and start promoting diets and lifestyle changes.
