Serious tho. Not making it to NYC by 32 ranks underneath being forced to drink hot lead in a list of things I would want to happen to me. It's looking like a pipe dream too cuz of my student loans. The **** will someone do in any city once they're in their mid 30s?

Only old white blue-collar people from certain parts of Brooklyn have that accent. Everyone else sounds like rappers and dap people up repeatedly during conversations

Incorrect, the accent is strong in all parts of the city with each borough having a different twist. To the guy practicing though, you don't have to have a NY accent to fit in but drop that god awful Chicago accent lol. Hate the way my cousins from there talk

I thought we were talking about that terrible one that's always being made fun of in movies and tv.
I've only heard white people from certain parts of Brooklyn and Queens have it. That thing is terrible.

If New York didn't have the weather it has I would get it.

...and we dont have the option of eating good food and smashing beautiful women?
Nothing beats coming home to smash in a nice, warm cozy bed after walking through cold, snowing streets after eating at a nice bomb restaurant.

After putting some thought into it I'd rather sound like my boy Nas than Hov. Also It would be easier to pick up on. IDK I just never liked my voice. Always got made fun of for it. I used to live in Nigeria, Switzerland, London, and Chicago (Excluding the places I've lived in for less than a year). People from Chicago know I am not from here, but can't tell where I am from, even though I have lived here since I was 9. Londonites think I am American even though Americans hate when I call myself that.

I've lived in Michigan half my life and visited New York in the summer and winter.

I used to think I wanted to live in LA or The Bay(preferably) But then I visited NYC and it changed my life. It's that serious. Anyone tryna knock NYC aint never been.
