Late Night Cinema and NOIR are so dope. Are any of their older material as good?
Well, those two albums are usually considered their best work, but they have other stuff that's worth checking out as well.
"Heap of Broken Images" is good, too. It's a 2-disc album, with the first disc being all instrumentals, a la "NOIR" and "Late Night Cinema." However, the second disc has features and it's...meh. The instrumental disc is great, though.
"Slow Burning Lights" is really good. It has a female vocalist (Yes Alexander) singing throughout the album, but it has a smooth and mellow vibe to it. Same with "Third Party" which has a male vocalist (Alexander Chen) instead. Out of all those, checkout "Slow Burning Lights" first, but I'd suggest giving all albums mentioned a spin.
