i thought they wanted costa to stay but he wants to leave... if that's the case then the move isn't bad but morata isn't going to lead the league in scoring

Morata is for the future. Chelsea will probably win this year but maybe not next year. Costa is gonna be on the decline of his career pretty soon so I think they're smart if they go that route. Or give Bashuayi his fair shot unstead of 30 second matches lol.

Yea I was thinking of Batshuayi,they already have their young,unfinished product striker waiting in the wings. Also think that Costa's consistency would be missed,dude is good for at least 20 a season and isn't even 30 yet
