Powell sucks. Never would've paid him if it were me.

You can tell watching the Mavs they're still trying to figure out exactly how to leverage Luka and KP on the floor together. And KP is still trying to get his legs back under himself.

They've run out like 9 different starting lineups through 10 games. Rotations have been super bizarre. It's obvious Carlisle's trying to figure out how to take advantage of both guys and not kill KP in the process.
Rick needs to chill on the rotations. He was on the Lowe post saying he doesn’t think the roster is built to have a consistent starting lineup

The roster is perfect for a regular rotation and if there’s one starter who is fluid ok that’s understandable but he’s taking it to the extreme. It takes the team like a quarter and a half to start rolling

What is Fizdale expected to do with that roster?

Are they NOT supposed to be one of the worst teams in the league?

The roster is trash no question. But the team has vets, and no team with vets should be blown out by 20-30 points by the Cavs, King, etc in half the seasons games. If you watch our games he magnifies all of our players weaknesses in the positions he puts them in. Our young guys almost never share the floor together and in the limited time they do we play much better. Someone had to literally die and someone else had to get injured for Frank to sniff any minutes. And it’s clear af we play much better team ball/defense when he’s on the floor. He just constantly plays the wrong guys, runs zero PnRs, and makes Randle think he’s a prime Magic Johnson.

A new coach won’t magically turn us into a 50 win team, but I pray they actually a hire a basketball mind who can develop players instead of another preacher

They suppose to win 30 games this season . Trade Knox for Kawai and they just as good as last years Raptors

The cap space the Knicks spent should've been used to take advantage of the Warriors' hard cap.

They could've had Iguodala's expiring, Napier, Graham, a first rounder and had leftover cap space to spend on Morris and Ellington. I would've avoided Randle, Portis and Payton.

Mavs wanted Randle for years, 99% sure Carlisle would utilize him 100x better. Same way how when Zbo left the Knicks he instantly became better.
