With PG out he's the only good defender on that team since doc doesn't give zubac a lot of minutes. Lou will is atrocious and trez is lazy AF. It should look a lot better with PG/Kawhi/Zu but doc doesn't really stagger so the bench will stay getting torched

Jackie McMullan is bush league. As soon as the writing was on the wall with Kyrie she started pushing out these anti-kyrie articles.

Go back and read her piece after he chose Boston. It mentioned conflicts with the cavs but she pinted Kyrie as misunderstood and followed them with examples of him just doing things his own way. Even tried to blame LeBron

I believe she did a fluff piece on him going into last season as well.

We’ve seen star players, we’ve seen them age out and sign to other teams in a bench role. They only become weird about their usage when.... they’re still starters. So I’m just confused about the comments on an 8th man’s attitude.

I wouldn't say Jackie Mac is biased. She always been solid. She loves Magic and Kobe. Never came off like somebody with a agenda.

Bingo... Dwight's career was in critical condition on life support before Cousins blew his knee again and the Lakers got a little desperate.

We've kinda seen this from him in stretches in the past. Hope it sticks. Crazy to think how good this dude was and he probably never reached full potential.

Was a starter, reluctant to accept bench role, defense rendered his $28M salary unplayable in playoffs, traded to save money.

Took a bench role in Houston for the min salary, released when he couldn’t grasp the defense nor reliably stretch the floor. Currently unemployed for the same reasons.

Biggest surprises are the Clippers and the Lakers. I like what the Clippers are doing on defense, the Phoenix game is probably skewing it a bit.

I don't really care for the Lakers offense but it's working so far. It's only been four games.
