Being the best player on the team isn't synonymous with being a "leader" In terms of being a people person & off the court activities etc etc. That kind of leadership can easily be done by respected vets.
Everyone just doesn't have that kind of personality, As long as a player is working hard on the court, and focusing on improving his game i'm not gonna hold them being a loner against them.
