Interesting. I remember damn near everybody in here when the trade finally went down being that the Lakers gave up too much and bigging up the young core after ****ting on them the entire time while they were in the purple and gold.

A lot of ALA narratives have changed from before the season started to now

Bradley coming back this week too #scaryhrs

The Pelicans got fleeced.....? What exactly were they going to get? Every team in the league knew he was on the block for a year straight. That was as good as they were getting. Ingram just turned 22 and is averaging 25-7-4 and has played like a fringe All-Star already. Hayes has looked awesome lately, Lonzo has still shown his potential in some games and Hart is still the same great role player off the bench he’s previously been.

They actually have all their own firsts for the foreseeable future other than a pick swap in a year or two I think.

They definitely have the ammo to get someone between the picks and Nene’s $10M expiring.

Mook would be perfect for them.

does anyone even want to go there tho?
i know Jimmy was like nah

The Rockets are really gonna mortgage any chance of having a future by going all in on a teams who's best player blows up come playoff time & a coach who doesn't make adjustments to his squads

Morey knows he's about to get the boot & is gonna risk up all the rockets future assets for a second round exit. somebody gotta step in & make sure this don't go down.

Everytime I see Wiggins, I think of that will Smith meme/gif " how come Bron don't want me man"

Still relying on Bradley I see LOL

I know you don't watch the games but he was playing great defensively before the injury spearheading that great start we had defensively while AD anchored the paint.

Also I've peeped all the @ over the weekend about me...rent free. The initial deal at the trade deadline where Magic was giving up literally everyone on the team including BI/Zo/Hart/Kuz and Zubac + picks and taking on Solomon Hill's contract was absolutely too much. The deal we ended up making where at least we kept one of the young big 3 (even though it turns out he probably has the lowest ceiling) and retained cap flexibility was much more tolerable.

Also ironically at that time in February when Demps got in his feelings, ALA was crowing again about nobody wants the Lakers trash prospects and even giving up every single player sans Bron basically wouldn't be enough.

Idk about “relying” when they lost only once or twice since he’s been out.
He was also starting and playing pretty damn solid, especially defensively, before the injury.
That who Bradley is, he will have his moments playing good and then will be a liability. Don't rely on him making any impact down the line

Caruso is actually a solid player. I don’t like how people are treating like a sideshow or a joke. Reminds me of Boban’s sting with us where he was an actual key player in our rotation but people would joke around calling him the GOAT and doing the “boban and X player combined for 50 points.”

Jaxson Hayes and Nickeil Alexander Walker can't be evaluated properly just yet. Hayes is a long term project and I'd like to give NAW a season or two before I make a conclusive judgment.

Ingram is one of those players who I feel gets numbers but doesn't really impact the game.

Lonzo Ball has been a severe disappointment.

Still, Zion might be able to tie everyone together. We'll see.

About Hayes, I feel like he's a real wild card. That dude picked up basketball so late. I think he's 19 now. I don't think he started taking basketball seriously until his junior year of hs, which would've been three years ago. Before that he was more of a football player until he started getting too tall for that sport.

The Rockets are willing to give up more future assets for roster help right now, league sources say. Houston will most likely target wing players on the market.

Marcus Morris pls

Why would i not rely on someone who has traditionally been a good defender when healthy to remain a good defender going forward  , especially when playing with this roster puts him in a perfect position to play to his strengths.

From the majority of Laker fans People simply expect Avery to play tough physical defense against guards, handle some secondary dribbling & knock down wide open shots, from what i've seen so far this season he will easily fill that role.

Rondo Curry :pimp:. The funny part is that teams just give him wide open threes because they assume he won't make them
