The Walking Dead - Official Thread

Holiday weekend I'm guessing.

Digging the new series though. Seeing how everything is unfolding and city tearing apart is crazy.

Tobias was also smart enough to go raid the cafeteria but then left the food after getting attacked

dumb chick almost got my dude Tobias killed

Some of these conversations, espeicaily in first half of episode, are annoying, mainly with the father and his son and ex wife. I understand when the druggie starts talking about dead people walking, no one will believe him, but he doesn't even try and explain it, he rather just have every conversation be misunderstood and just getting blown off.

Solid episode.

Did they say why the next episode is in 2 weeks?

My guess is they know they can go up against SNF.

Been calling him the same thing.

And I feel you on the black folks having the virus most (out of characters they've built some amount of story around). The **** is up with that?
Eh, the very first case was the white druggie female in the church. Later in the first episode the freeway incident was with a white male. There was another white female who got shot in tonight's episode

Why isn't the mom saying anything to the daughter

. Like just straight up ignoring her. Almost got Tobias killed too. She's gonna be the stupid one of this show. Going to lead them into all kinds of compromising situations.

So far the show has been pretty good. It almost feels like a really long movie and not a series, especially since the 2nd episode took place within the same day.

I thought about that too, but what Brolic Scholar was referring to was the first people [whose names we know] to get the virus were black

Obama and the black drug dealer aren't really a part of the story even though we know their names

I guess if the black boy friend survives I'll count him

Was he bitten on the neck/shoulder area? Didn't catch what he said.

Kirkland killing black folks like theyre going out of style. 3 black men in 2 weeks? Geez bruh.

Show is entertaining so far. Fat latin kid finna be the new hurley. Chameleon dad is jack and sayid and john locke. And fiend son is that coked out band dude. We are everybody. Wife is washed.

Can't wait to see what happened to his parents either... Their luggage was just left in the driveway... This show is more scarier than TWD imo

In episode one when he made phone call to son, didn't they say it was his weekend? Other than the horrible need for miscommunication plot wise, why was the mom tripping about him asking about his son the next day. Even though it wasn't for what she thought.

Thank you. Those other zombies are people who we don't have names or stories on. The zombies we do know, have all been black: principal Obama, slanging fake homie and boyfriend who's folks obviously have money.

You mean why was she tripping when she said she had plans in the first episode (probably with a dude) and her ex said he's coming over? :lol Yeah. Weird huh?
