I recently picked these up in a 12 but will have to return them. I normally buy a 13 in Nike basketball, running, 12.5 in Jordans, Dunks and thought these would be a good fit sizing down - especially since they're more of a takedown model - but nah.

I could get my foot in them but there's no movement, loose laces, or break in that would help. They're VERY narrow throughout the shoe and in the toe box, but look really nice on foot and in hand - the materials are great as well.

I think it's more of the latter. The recent knit Half Cabs flew too. I think they're just not producing a lot of them, and reseller radar for anything potentially flippable is all over everything. If it's limited, they bit. These were also falsely hyped by the limited F&F version that they did for Paris fashion week. I love Parra AND Half Cabs and, while they both have their very dedicated fan bases, neither is normally immediate sell-out material unless it's the right collaboration. I have no trouble picking up Parra clothing at heavy discount on the regular.
