For sure. We've had those conversations. Again, not trying to get too deep into details, but we're not talking missing a ton of time going forward. But all time is precious, especially at my kids current ages.

My current role, I take them to their extra curricular activities. In the new role, I'd be showing up to them, if that makes sense? Either way, my family has accepted this possibility. Its more so a question of i feel this was worth X, and am contemplating taking less than that. The less than is only 3 percent, but its still not the value I believe it to be.

Appreciate the response.

What's Your Priority And Most Important To You?

Your Decision Should Align With What Enables You To Do What You Want To Most In Life.

If That's Your Career, Take The Better Career Opp. If That's Work Life Separation/Balance Stay In The Job That Allows You To Put Family First.

Every Decision Is Going To Cost You, But You Should Just Identify To What Price You Are Willing To Pay.

This Always Helps Me Make Decisions.
