Purchased some air Max’s from eBay. Seller sent the wrong size. Turn out it’s a international transaction. Seller is located in Japan. He wanted me to send shoes back and that he’ll reimburse me by wiring me the money after. I was iffy about it, so I filed a claim. I had talked to a ebay rep, he said there’s no way I could get a return shipping label, so the claim turned to a case. My dumb *** filed a dispute PayPal because I’ve never done this ishhh. Ebay closed the case. Can’t reopen ebay case now. So we’re continuing on PayPal. Seller provided return label, however it’s a address to a third party shipping company called “Tricor America Corp” in Hawthorne. Idk if it’s a legit spot. I don’t know if they’re still operating. My name and address isn’t on the label, so if the company is closed and refuses the package, it’ll get sent back to the seller. So he probably will win both shoes and money. I explained that to the PayPal rep, dispute turned to a claim. Seller sent me his address in Japan. This will come out of my pocket even if it’s not my fault. It’s going to cost a grip. PayPal rep did tell me to just send it through using the return label that the seller provided. It just has to be delivered to this location and I’ll get my money back. What do you think guys? It appears that Tricor America is legit company though rather small. You need to relax b/c you're going too much. If even if the seller didn't reimburse you paypal would've forced them too if u keep the receipt & upload a pic.
Japanese sellers have been considerably safe & honest in my experience, and could you not have just wrote your name & address on the label since it was blank? How much feedback does that seller have?

He’s in the high 90% range. Fairly new seller. I just read a lot of stuff on forums about international transactions. I’ll probably send it through tomorrow. Hope it all goes smooth
Btw another red flag in my opinion is that he took off all his listings. Might be a coincidence. I just needed a second opinion before I send this through

Was at ROSS looking for a gift when I noticed from a distance this one cat standing/staring at my sister the entire time. She was minding her own business and this dude just stood there with his barely walking child going up and down the aisles. I walk up and all of a sudden his eyes are everywhere except my sister and his toddler 
Not saying anything he’s still just standing there when his baby comes back and gets in our way as we’re moving big cat litter boxes......dude wouldn’t get his kid until we all stopped to give him a “look”. Homie finally got the message and only spoke to my sister on some “oh, he's just been in quarantine too long, haha”.
FOH and come get your kid outta harms way. Don’t tell me you were using him as bait to talk other women

If it's like $200 & under I don't see them trying scam you & risking their account. It sounds like they have a bunch of stock & got your order mixed up. If you don't feel comfortable using Tricor, just ask if it's cool to go w/ the og plan w/ u buying your own label (i recommend usps) & having them reimburse u when they get their stuff back.
