bruh i don't even mind the monarchs trend...it was the whole jeremy scott movement that had me like wait...people are wearing shoes with stuffed animal tongues outside of their house? The damn shoes had tails....

The dad shoe phase/trend right now is getting out of hand imo. But what doesn'? If you we're rocking new balance 574s or diadoras, asics before the dad shoe trend started to pick up you were ahead of the hypebeast or culture vulture trend more power to you.
The balencigas and lv joints are flex joints for people with too much money that don't know how to dress. Or thier stylust encourge them to wear it for some event.
The air monarchs is only dope, in a few colorways. But I wouldn't rock it cause I know I wouldn't be true to myself and be buying something that is just in trend. Trends eventually die off. I only buy what I like.
