Another tip on job hunting: Resume Formulation
You have to speak their language. For instance, if an employer says their looking someone to do "residential and commercial" properties and in your resume you say, "homes and businesses". When they perform a search on their end through their search engine (trust me, they use one), the possibility of yours coming up will be far less likely bc they want someone who knows the industry lingo.
So go through your resume and try and mirror the language the employer is using in the listing.
