Turns out opioid withdrawals are a pretty effective way to lose weight. :lol:
I've lost 13 pounds already in a month without any serious physical activity or diet. Probably from all the throwing up.

Edit: Unless you have a severe chronic pain condition like me where prescribed opioids are necessary to have a reasonable standard of living, just avoid them at all if you can. Even short term use can cause your brain to make you crave more opioids regardless of whether you have a strong will or not. The opioid high also just feels like pure euphoric heaven and you can be in that state for pretty much a whole day, that's also part of what makes it so dangerously addictive.

The ironic part of the above is that I can't go off opioids completely due to the chronic pain issue. I have to withdraw to the daily dosage I'm prescribed. So it'd be like a recovered alcoholic forced to drink 2 shots of vodka a day and somehow not relapse.
