Just water. 45min before the run I'll stretch & do light warm-ups. During that time I'm drinking about a bottle of water and then swig another half bottle right before the run. I get a little bloated feeling for the first half mile but it goes away. During the last mile I'm glad I took those swigs. There's times where I didn't and got that dehydrated lightheaded feeling coming down the stretch which sucks. After the run I chug about a bottle while cooling down.4 miles too!
You’ve probably been asked before but what do you drink during/after a run? Gatorade or just plain water?
adopt a new habit/ritual around then....Man, im dreading evenings/nights lately. I usually feel good in the morning and im like yeah its gonna be a good day, then it hits me and then I dont feel so well. Its hella annoying.
