the thread about nothing...

Help me pick out an apartment, NT. I've got 2 promising options so far:

Option 1:
1BR/1.5BA
$1850/month, all utilities included except cable
Basement apartment with private entrance and parking
Tile floors
Absolutely massive/immaculate
All new kitchen with subzero fridge, redone bathrooms
Gas heating and central air
Washer/Dryer in the unit
Monthly maintenance checks from landlord (seemed cool, lives in the next house over)
Willing to negotiate price
Great location/town
No broker/realtor fee

Option 2:
1BR/1BA Condo
$1550/month, only water included
1st floor with parking approximately 75-100 feet from front door
Laminate floors (looks like hardwood)
Smaller, but still big for a 1 bedroom
Small outdoor patio area (not allowed a BBQ grill)
Kitchen is fine, nowhere near as nice as option 1
Gas heating and central air
Washer/Dryer in unit
Landlord lives about 45 minute-1 hour away
Not willing to negotiate price
Landlord not present--dealt with a realtor
Average location/town
Realtor fee of 1 month's rent

Option 1 is just marginally closer to my full-time job, but is about 10 minutes closer to my per diem job.

Still looking, but I thought both of these places were alright. Help an NTer out!
Jesus where do you live lol

That’s crazy man. For those prices you could easily rent a 3 even 4 bedroom house out here in a nice area.
Fortunately wages (at least in my line of work) are reflective of the cost of living. Making $85K at my full-time job where a big chunk of the country is making around $50-55K. Pulling in an even higher hourly wage at my per-diem gig.

Damn these are fire

Option 2's kitchen is fine, but it's cramped and the stove/refrigerator aren't nearly as nice as option 1's. Also don't care for the 2 separate counter spaces. It's trivial, but it's personal preference.
I just seen your pics, quit you job immediatly and open a restaurant please, for the love god, however if you decided against it pick the spot with the best kitchen. Anything less for someone with your skills is uncivilized.

I'm blushing

I love working in medicine, but I also love craft beer and the culinary arts. My brother is a cardiologist and has similar interests. He's talking about (mostly) packing it up to start a brewery with me once he's done with his fellowship.

Good luck with that, my second too last job was a network administrator at an Insurance Agency and some of the lawyers were brew-masters. We had in office happy hours in our kitchen every Friday and they would bring in their own beers. They had there own labels and everything, mostly delicious but there where a few duds.

^^^ Too many straps fam. No straps except the top one and that shoe would be amazing.

On another note I need another nerdy fly girl. I miss those types. Bout to hit a cosplay convention and get me one of these...

I just visited the site looks straight to me. I remember buying independent label shirt circa 2007-2009.

Guess dudes dont eat off them karmaloop codes no more huh?

Stopped purchasing to avoid shipping costs. Couldn't abuse the coupons like I used to.

Why did you ask?
Randomly found a couple of stickers in a sb dunk box, I used to love that site when I was in high school. Got alot of **** from them and PLNDR, dont think I ever paid full price anything with all them coupons and codes they would give out. Last remember Kanye was supposed to buy them but I guess that feel through
