Nah. Long Island (Suffolk county, to be exact).
Biggest draws of option 1 are that it's all-inclusive, huge, has an amazing kitchen (I love to cook), and is in a better location.

Option 2 kitchen looks nice as hell but being close to your jobs are always a plus, I'd take one if I were you

Option 2's kitchen is fine, but it's cramped and the stove/refrigerator aren't nearly as nice as option 1's. Also don't care for the 2 separate counter spaces. It's trivial, but it's personal preference.

location is EVERYTHING my dude. ain't nothing more annoying than coming home on a Tuesday in July after bustin your *** all day and seeing nothing but a buncha ****heads just staining the neighborhood and not knowing when to call it a night.

Nice. I hear you my brother law tried failed on his backyard bbq pit setup. Disappointing cause texas is known for people cooking outdoors and chilling from a hard days work.
But didn’t stop me from cooking a great steak/meal
Here is my little aka burnt steak that some of these nters called but I enjoyed it and the people I made it for loved it.

As long as you and everyone else enjoyed it and you had fun doing it that's all that matters. Lord knows I've ****** up so many things in the past, but all it did was show me what to do different the next time. Becoming a good cook is all about trial and error/learning the hard way.Nice.
