This summer seems to be particularly warm. It hasn't rained in god knows how long. I spray the hose on my vegetable garden but the soil just dries up instantly again. It's like sand. Farmers all over the country are having a bit of a crisis due to the weather.

No, I haven't. Richmond is about a 2 and a half hour drive from where I'm at (Fairfax). That estimate is without traffic.

Planning on making a trip out there sometime this summer though.

This summer seems to be particularly warm. It hasn't rained in god knows how long. I spray the hose on my vegetable garden but the soil just dries up instantly again. It's like sand. Farmers all over the country are having a bit of a crisis due to the weather.

Ahh see, I'm originally from California. So I'm used to seeing a drought and have high heat for months.

It's 9:30PM and it's still 75°F outside. And just as hot inside.

Growing up this kind of weather was quite rare. We usually describe our summers as cold and wet.

Now I'm out here sweating buckets every summer. It's awful. 25°C or 77°F at most is fine by me but they can keep anything past that. Especially with our humidity.

71°F Saturday, possibly with rain

Yeah, that's what conflicting. She attractive but the smoking is the only real thing I don't agree with. She most likely drinks too which I don't either because of the same reason with smoking. Alcoholism kind of runs in my family and I don't want my mother going through with me.
