Seems like all is lost so I say freestyle and have fun with it. Talk like you the ****. Go up to her and be like "look bae, last time you said you was busy, busy not realizing your future was right here in front of you." *say it seriously, it'll throw her off*. Then be like "look lets go _____ friday." and just leave. You waited months apparently so waiting months again shouldn't bother you. Then next time you see her be like "damn I forgot i had made plans with you" that way she see that you got bigger and better stuff to do than kick it with her in your spare time.
