The Spending money on foolish things Thread

I spend 100 on weed a week EASY
Losing at the casino
I bought 4 pairs of shoes this month
Paying a car note (definitely for suckers)

I very rarely spend money on foolish stuff. Last thing I can really think of was 2 years ago, I bought some Prada sneakers on sale for 200...(reg price was 475).

dropped $650 on jeans; I went back and forth for a month and the money isn't a thing it was just me convincing myself it was okay to treat myself

Gucci belt, gucci shoes, Prado shoes, ferragamo shoes, true religion jeans, shades. Basically anything high end I bought I don't even wear that ****. Jeans n timbs>

the dumbest things I spent money on are those one or two dollar items at the dollar store. You think it's cheap, so who cares if you don't like it that much. It all adds up though. e.g. junk like an hour glass whose sand empties in like 11.17 minutes.

Another thing, not from the dollar store, is a juicer I bought 10 years ago.

weed easily
one of the worst/best decisions was to get a card, before that I was budgeting for it, if i couldn't get it with this check i wouldn;t even stress it and would get it the next....now it's part of my groceries :smh:

I spend anywhere from $40 to $60 eating out, each week, when I can easily make/eat breakfast at home, and pack a lunch.

It's a terrible ******g habit.

:smh:

...

Bought some exotic fish at $250 a piece, 3 of them total. And I bought another fish for $25 to add to my aquarium. And it killed all three of my $250 fish.

I read that same thread OP is talking about and also thought dude was stupid for spending $350 on a piece of clothing that most people don't see

if i have an urge to buy shoes i just spend some money on cheap plimsoles, and lately if i think about buying new sneakers i sell a few pair before buying something fresh.

When I tried to go from baggy jeans to more fitting jeans to wear with button ups, I went to Kohl's and bought some Levi's dad jeans. :smh: Yea, those were never worn.

Came to post this  :smh:

I'm usually a pretty frugal person and don't spend money, and only buy basic stuff and don't believe in "trends".

Copped the teal / light blue one :smh:

At the time I was super heavy and I had to rock a 2xl / 3xl and looked like a huge Skeltor  :smh:

Thank god I resold a couple so it off set the cost but :smh:

Guilty of this haha :smh: bought the thing two sizes bigger too smh. I sold that thing for $250 like a year ago, I was honestly shocked when it sold for that much.

Guilty on herb too, but lately haven't been spending so much trying to cut back
